30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Service Well for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of all charges. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds can be requested through the self-service option in your account Settings page. Navigate to Settings → Billing and select the refund option. You can also contact us directly at hello@servicewell.co.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your subscription will be canceled immediately
- Staff accounts will be deactivated
- Access to training features will be suspended
- Your content and data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate
Processing Timeline
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After the 30-Day Period
After the initial 30-day period, your subscription is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there are no partial-month refunds after the guarantee period, but you will not be charged for subsequent months.
