How does billing work?

You're billed monthly per staff member. Each billing cycle, we count your peak number of active staff accounts — that's what you pay for. Managers are always free and don't count. If you add or remove staff mid-month, your next bill adjusts automatically.

No. Manager accounts are completely free — unlimited per location. Managers create content, build quizzes, and track team progress at no cost. Only staff accounts are billed. Want to learn alongside your team? Managers can add themselves as a paid staff seat to access all learner features.

Your billing adjusts automatically. If you add staff mid-cycle, the peak count for that cycle updates. If staff leave, your next cycle reflects the smaller team. You're never locked into a fixed number.
